After a needs assessment, an overall health plan is organised to meet all the necessary criteria to administer adequate treatment to improve the patient's overall health state (chronic illness, dependence, disability, End-of-life support, etc.).
Advice on care:
information/education on the symptoms of the disease, on the administration of medicines and the use of medical devices.
Examinations and treatments:
Examinations (blood sugar, vital signs and blood pressure control, samples, ...).
Treatments (dressings, post-operative care and monitoring, care in connection with bladder catheters and bags, parenteral or tube feeding, enemas, respiratory exercises, injections, infusions, psychiatric care, preparation and distribution of drugs, treatment monitoring, etc. ).
Care for dependent users:
Hygiene and comfort care, dressing and undressing, compression stockings or bandages, prevention of pressure sores, feeding aid, mobilization, adaptation of auxiliary equipment, etc.).
The coordination of comfort and maintenance care:
Our team also assesses the living quarters and offer advice on the most suitable facilities and technical aids for the patient’s comfort and safety.
Patient care
The doctor or hospital practitioner prescribes medical treatment at home, the KAMPUCHEA PARAMED nursing team will do everything in their power to facilitate its implementation and to deliver exceptional care at home in complete serenity.
Our care process
Kampuchea Paramed coordinates the return home with the prescribing doctor and the neighboring pharmacy.
KP meets the needs for medical devices and home support equipment (medical beds, anti-decubitus mattresses, wheelchairs, hygiene equipment, oxygen therapy equipment, home security devices).
All throughout treatment, the patient will have a medical file, updated to ensure follow-ups, proof of medical progress with home care are properly recorded and available for the prescribing doctor and /or hospital center.
